Arlington Ballroom: up to 160 guests. Lake Lawn: 150 guests. Sagamore Room: 120 with signature chairs or 150 with Chiavari chairs. Arthur's 27 at Bay Harbor Golf Club: 90 standalone / 120 with Preserve Room.
Lake Lawn, Sagamore Room with lake-view terrace, 3,000 sq. ft. Arlington Ballroom, plus seasonal Bay Harbor Golf Club spaces including Arthur's 27 and Preserve Room.
The resort supports ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, welcome events and farewell brunches. Lake Lawn and golf-club outdoor spaces are seasonal, generally May–October; indoor Inn spaces are available year-round.
